Kakooli International Company was founded on 23 of July 1986 by Mr. Ali & Haider Kakooli and functioned under this name until December 1991, when it established anew company called First Choice Trading Co.

In July 2016, First Choice Trading Co. changed the logo and the Name to First Choice Ali Kakooli & sons Trading company After Ownership Split in two companies Kakooli International and First Choice Trading Co.
